The Education Success Network (ESN) aims to help all school districts have the internal ability to provide a quality education for their students.
Our Mission
The Education Success Network is a non-profit organization that has a two-fold mission:
- Develop a detailed database of effective human capital programs currently used in school districts
- Collaborate with school districts to select elements of effective programs and develop a new district-owned program for the local context
Understanding there is no “silver bullet” in education, we will begin by focusing on administrator quality programs – those dealing with the recruitment, training and ongoing support of principals – before phasing in other key areas of focus.
